It’s surprising how little most people actually know about them, what's in vaccines and why they are administered?

When I ask parents these questions, the general response I receive is, 'Well, we just follow the recommended program. To me, that answer is deeply concerning, especially considering the rising numbers of vaccine injuries in our young children.

It's like this magical place where creativity runs wild, and I get to be part of the fun.

You know what's amazing? It's not just about learning to paint or draw better (though that's a big plus), but about how art makes me feel. When I'm painting, I'm in a whole other world. It's my little slice of meditation and joy.

The world around me disappears, and it's just me and the canvas, and sometimes a good podcast. The swish of a brush or most of the time my fingers or any other tool at hand, the mix of colours, and the mess I make. Yes, I am a very messy abstract painter.  It’s so much fun. It's like my thoughts take a break, and I'm lost in the colours and lines I'm blending. And time flies…

Well, that has been up for discussion at home many times. I have lived with and experienced a super honest husband for many years now. That is all good and well, you might think. But honesty it can be pretty intense, and sometimes it can hurt.

Let me give you a funny little example. When we first met and got to know each other, I was a little shy walking around naked in front of him. We were on a beautiful trip to Norway that summer and stayed in a pretty little hotel with amazing views. I was in the shower, and I walked naked across the room to get my clothes.
