Run and you shall rest. Rest and you shall run. The two are interlocked. I try to work in my garden every day. I grow vegetables, berries, beautiful flowers. There are people who hurt me very, very much in my past, I try to stop them from entering into my mind through ACTIVELY focussing on beauty and offering my time and energy to people and animals - I LOVE ANIMALS, ESPECIALLY CATS - in need. Cats follow me. They sleep on my breast, they purr, they come to have a chat, and my heart melts instantly. Fighter is male, Fleur and Rose are female. Fighter loves to talk with me and we sing together. He is very, very kindhearted, and protects his sister Fleur. Rose is an older lady we found abandoned in the street, deaf, skinny and with runny eyes. Now she has a home. I feel The Divine speaks to me through cats. Meditation, to me, is watching them, nurturing my connection with them, laughing with them. We have our own language no one else understands. I have no job and we can barely survive ourselves, Kim. But we send you much, much love and strength and clarity. Try to sing with a cat, they sing, Kim, they sing. Blessings.
