Hi dear friend,
please bear with me this week as I’m a little fed up with all the bad news, and the “OMG, the future is so dark and shitty” that people are sharing these days. What "they" have planned for us is all “madness, control, and greed”. Some even say there is “not enough of us to make a difference for the better in the world”, nor “awake of what is going on”, etc, etc…
As a response, I would like to suggest that our thoughts and feelings hold the power to shape our reality. What captures our focus tends to flourish. As we think, so it becomes. What we focus on grows. That’s just the way it is! Some call it the law of attraction.
So what do You attract? And how are You contributing to the future through this attraction?
I live with a man who, for over 40 years, has dug very deep down the rabbit holes of very sinister areas. Yet, he is super positive about the future. Is that being naive, or is he grounded in the knowing of “as we think so it becomes”?
I know we need to be aware of what is going on in the world. We need both the mainstream media and the alternative news "maps" to be able to navigate these days. But if you cannot, like myself sometimes, keep your inner peace of mind, stay in gratitude, and walk through life with a frequency of love and acceptance, then please turn off the screens!
I can easily feel when people step into too much of the negative. It's like a tsunami out there of super dark information about how the so-called elite (I call them the scumbags of the world) will control and rule us. A major key in this plan is to keep us stuck in low frequencies of fear.
So check in, feel yourself, and become aware of your own energy when you listen and read news these days. If you can keep your own balance within, not feeling or overthinking how the shit might be about to hit the fan, nor being emotionally affected by what you read, watch, or listen to - then by all means, keep on digging down the rabbit hole which never ends if we let these idiots continue.
To me, it is crystal clear and essential that we keep ourselves in high spirits. I know it's easier to complain about what is going on. But I think true courage comes from taking responsibility for your own self first, dealing and healing with what needs to be taken care of, while carefully watching our thoughts and what we spread and share around us.
“There need to be more people aware (or awake) of what is going on” is another thing I hear a lot. We are many who see, feel, and are in the know these days. Is it enough? Who knows? But yet again, if the thought is that “there is not enough people aware and able to make a difference for the better”, then what good does that do? What does it attract and create?
Someone super smart in the quantum physics field (can’t remember who, sorry, might have been Bruce Lipton) once said that the high frequency of one person outweighs more than 200,000 people. So are we enough then? I believe so.
I hope you don’t read this as; well now she herself is focusing on the negative vibes being shared out there by many. That is not my intention at all. Instead, this is rather a check-in and a request to see if you have balance in what you feed your mind. We all know that constantly feeding our body with junk food, we get sick. But are we aware that we also need to carefully watch how much we consume from our screens, to be able to keep our hearts and minds in high spirits.
It's a bit like walking into a room, and the energy or vibe is off. We can't see it, nor touch it. But it's uncomfortable, we can feel it and it might even be scary. Sometimes we are strong enough to stay, shine our light, and lift that energy. But most of us will leave and choose another room to be in. It is the exact same with the vibe and energy we are receiving from the screens in front of us.
The amount we can bear, is different to all of us. I actually do the same as with what I eat: 80/20, meaning I read, watch, and listen to 80% of things I like. That can be anything from educational podcasts (I love pods), to series online, stand-up comedies (also a favorite), to complete no-brainers like reality shows. The 20% normally consists of so called "news", I just check in to see what is officially said to be happening. But honestly, lately I have disconnected more and more, keeping my focus on lighter things. This works for me and keeps me happy.
In a nutshell, I watch myself and my thoughts very carefully, and as soon as I feel I am about to lose my balance, I stop. Life in itself is truly so very beautiful and amazing. We are here to enjoy, create, and learn about ourselves,to connect with one another and be the authentic, awesome beings we all are. Light and darkness cannot co-exist. The more We shine, the less darkness can control us.
Until next week. Keep on beaming, beautiful one, and stay grateful and curious.
Much loves,
Kim
